The ShopBot Workstation is another no-hardware project for a standup desk that works well for a laptop or a desktop with a flat-panel monitor. The shelves are adjustable and there's a drawer for keyboard.

Cutting this project should take a Fabber about 1 hour, plus the cost of materials including one 4'x8' sheet of 3/4" plywood and any shipping and handling costs.
